When you look at the logs Hearthstone is a perfect flat line across right at 19.7-20% usage. It's the strangest thing I have ever seen. Process explorer shows Hearthstone consistently using right at 20% and it shows another file called Helper.exe which is causing the spikes. Then I run hearthstone in windowed mode and watch afterburner and process explorer. When I run process explorer which is basically a very detailed version of task manager it allows you to click on hearthstone.exe and view exactly what that program is using.

It's also been randomly crashing at times and when I check the usage it always hits 99% right before crashing. It's very consistent, if I check it over a 1 hour period you just see lines all over the place in Afterburner going from 20-99% randomly. It sits there and then randomly spikes up to 70-90% every few seconds. I have a 270x / I-5 4460 and the gpu usage normally should be around 20% or so. When I run hearthstone lately my GPU usage is all over the place and is driving me crazy.
